Do I have to sign a contract with EcoHomeCleaning?
You are under no
contractual obligation as payment is made at each visit. We would prefer to
earn your continued loyalty with our unbeatable service. You can cancel or skip
a cleaning at any time.
Who will be coming to clean my home?
Your home will be cleaned by same team of two fully trained professionals each visit. All staff are uniformed, insured and bonded.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
We ask that you take a few minutes the night before your scheduled cleaning to tidy up anythng that could be time consuming for us to pick up. This will allow us to devote all of our time in your home to cleaning which will result in giving you the best value for your cleaning fee. We are here to assist you so please contact us to discuss your individual preferences
What if something gets broken while my home is being cleaned?
We will always treat your home as if it's our own although accident do happen. We will contact you as soon as possible and we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced to your satisfaction.
Are gratitudes customary?
Gratitudes are not at all customary nor expected but are always muchly apprecaited. Everyone likes to feel apprecaited now and again.
Are you insured and bonded? What does that mean?
Yes we are insured and bonded. What this means is that EcoHomeCleaning will be held responsible for any damages caused by our employees while in your home.
Do we have to provide you with a key to our home?
You do not need to provide us with a key, you just need to insure that we will have access into your home. Whether it be with a garage code or someone there to let us in, we just want you to be comfortable!
